The Nomad NY-1 Yoke is the perfect tool for Strongman training or for anyone looking for an all-in-one rack solution.

Comes with a pair of J-Cups to mount a bar allowing use as a traditional squat/press stand, yoke, or sled.  The Kuwait-made NY-1 Yoke features 6 cm square 11-Gauge steel uprights, plate storage feet, and a weight capacity of 400 kg. There is no limit to the the exercises you can perform on the Nomad NY-1.
